The planner processes the city, ZIP code, lawn details and notes you enter in your browser. Creating, copying and downloading a brief are actions on your device. These actions do not submit your details. If you separately choose Send quote request, the website submits your contact details and lawn brief to our business for an equipment and setup inquiry. It does not book an appointment or place an order.

The slope and quoted-cost calculators also run in your browser. Their entries are not saved to the inquiry database or sent by the calculators.

Quote requests store your name, email, optional phone number, city, ZIP code, lawn details, notes and contact consent in the site’s database. We use those details to review and follow up on the request. They are not published on the website. We also send an owner notification through FormSubmit to our private business inbox. The notification contains the contact and lawn details you submitted; FormSubmit’s privacy policy describes its processing and retention. A saved request remains in our database even if email delivery fails. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information in the notes. A downloaded brief remains wherever you choose to save it.

Site delivery and external links.

The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and protect the website. Search engine and manufacturer links take you to external websites whose privacy practices may differ. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

When you follow a campaign link, we keep its source, medium and campaign labels in this browser tab and include them if you submit an inquiry. These labels help us understand which promotion led to your request. We do not collect your browsing history or send advertising events. No payment processing or third-party marketing analytics is connected.
