How does the one-mow home trial work?
We bring a robot mower to your Ohio home, set it up and let it complete one mow. Keep it and purchase the mower at the agreed equipment price: setup is free, with no extra travel charge. Decide not to keep it: $100 total for setup and removal.
Is the mower itself free?
No. If you keep it, you purchase the mower at the agreed equipment price. Homeowner setup is free and travel adds no extra charge. If you decline after the trial mow, the total charge for setup and removal is $100.
Do you offer robot mower setup across Ohio?
Yes. We travel to homeowners throughout Ohio. When you purchase and keep the mower, setup is free and there is no extra travel charge. Share your city and ZIP code so we can arrange the visit and confirm equipment fit.
Does a wire-free mower work under trees?
Tree cover, buildings and narrow passages can affect satellite navigation. Some models use cameras, LiDAR or a support wire to help in difficult areas. A property assessment comes before a recommendation.
Will I still need to trim the edges?
Often, yes. Walls, fences, raised borders and some lawn edges still need trimming. The installation plan should explain where the mower can cut and where a little finishing work remains.
Can I get help with a mower I already own?
Include the brand, model and current issue in your setup brief. We can review the request and confirm whether installation or support is available for that model.
