[ ] Confirm required accessories and the installed navigation mode.
[ ] Keep the model manual, sales receipt and equipment identification.

INSTALLATION REVIEW
[ ] Review dock access, suitable power and any reference-station location.
[ ] Review boundaries, stay-out areas, slopes, gates and route transitions.
[ ] Identify lawn edges that still need finishing or trimming.
[ ] Demonstrate docking and travel between the agreed mowing areas.
[ ] Test the configured mowing routine and review the result.

CUSTOMER WALKTHROUGH
[ ] Demonstrate normal start, pause, stop and charging controls.
[ ] Review cutting height, schedules and the app functions the owner will use.
[ ] Confirm account ownership and any provider access arrangements.
[ ] Explain connection requirements and how to recognize a connection issue.
[ ] Keep a record of the map and setup decisions, where the system permits.

CONTINUING CARE
[ ] Explain debris removal, blades, cleaning and the model's safety instructions.
[ ] Review seasonal adjustments and the exact winter-storage instructions.
[ ] Identify the contact route for installation questions and repair requests.
[ ] Distinguish manufacturer warranty, installation work and any paid care plan.
[ ] Confirm included visits, travel, parts, storage and other agreed charges.
[ ] Record unresolved questions and the next agreed step.
